Mrs. Sumathi Courtenay is a leading architect in Belize and Principal of Vividarch Company Ltd, an architectural design firm. Mrs. Courtenay and YEC have teamed up on several landmark projects in Belize, including the Fort Point Pedestrian Walk project, Grand Heritage Villas at Coco Beach, and recently the Stadium Addition and new Technical Center Facilities for the Football Federation of Belize (FFB). Mrs. Courtenay is a Registered Professional Architect (APAB), a LEED Green Associate (GA), and an International Associate of the AIA. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-ARC) and a Master's of Business Administration from the University of the West Indies (UWI)

Mr. Lucien Chung is a civil engineer specializing in water, wastewater, drainage and environmental engineering. Mr. Chung holds a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from the University of the West Indies and a Master degree in Hydrology for Environmental Management from the University of London-Imperial College. He has extensive experience in the water and environmental fields in both Jamaica and Belize.

Mr. Juan Polanco is a leading architect and Principal of Diema: Consulting Architects & Engineers. Mr. Polanco has been an architectural consultant in Belize for over 30 years and has experience working in Belize and Guatemala. He got his Licentiate in Architecture degree from the University of San Carlos in Guatemala. To date his wealth of experience is in Designing, Supervision and Project Management.
